Team Profile

David Walsh

David joined Optimal in November 2002 as an investment analyst.

Prior to joining Optimal, David worked as an investment analyst for Bankers Trust Funds Management for four years. During this time he worked as part of the Japanese equities team where he was responsible for investment recommendations. He also worked in the global sector team searching for best investment ideas across all regions.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Queensland. He has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
