Sue Ho

Sue joined Optimal in July 2006 as an analyst of the Asia ex Japan region.   She previously worked as a graduate analyst for Merrill Lynch Equities in Sydney.  Initially she started in the Database Team where she did quantitative modelling work and scenario analysis which provided her with the opportunity to develop a significant level of knowledge of Asian markets. She later transferred to Australian Equities Research Team where she covered companies in various industries in the healthcare, building material and gaming sector.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Accounting) from the University of New South Wales.  She has successfully completed Level I and II of the CFA Program and is currently undertaking her final level.

Prior to moving to Australia, Sue lived in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia and can speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
